Rooby-Doo Canine Academy believes in building a solid relationship with your dog, achieving a strong bond through clear communication, structure, obedience, and engagement.
Established in 2018 by Florenza Pizanis, Rooby-Doo CA specializes in all types of behavioral issues, particularly in reactivity and aggression. Florenza was led on this path after having spent years rehabilitating a dog she rescued with severe aggression issues. Not finding anyone in the Central Valley area to help her, she began her journey to seek and train with experts in the field. This led her to working at a facility in Los Angeles, where she gained thousands of hours of hand-on experience, working with a diverse range of dogs.

Rooby-Doo Canine Academy specializes in addressing behavioral issues such as dog aggression, human aggression, fear-based aggression, resource guarding, reactivity, separation anxiety, phobias, lunging, barking, biting and most anything effecting a harmonious life with you and your dog. We believe in finding the underlying cause and trigger for each specific issue, not just treating the symptom. We then work to change the emotional response and overall state of the dog towards the trigger.

The Evaluation
An evaluation is mandatory for all incoming clients seeking behavior modification services.
Evaluations are available for all dogs and their owners, who wish to learn about their dog's temperament and underlying behaviors, providing insight and guidance to understanding their dog better.
